New Project Award | The Knot at Courteenhall 

A fantastic new project is underway.

Colonial is delighted to be delivering a flagship development for Courteenhall Ltd, with works now officially in progress. The project, designed by Sursham Tompkins and supported by Babington Holmes, will transform the site into a vibrant new farm shop and cafe, an exciting addition to the Courteenhall Estate. The scheme involves the extensive refurbishment and conversion of the existing building, including structural modification works, building fabric improvements and internal alterations.

With a 55-week construction programme across approximately 6,000m², we are excited to see this project take shape and look forward to sharing the journey along the way…
