Project Completion | 5 Apartments, Kettering 

We are delighted to announce the successful completion of our Kettering development, delivered in partnership with Mind Kettering and HY Design.

This 5-apartment scheme has been thoughtfully designed to provide high-quality accommodation that supports vulnerable adults in achieving greater independence and long-term stability.

Over the course of the project, our team has worked closely with all stakeholders to overcome the challenges of a constrained site, ensuring the development was delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard. The completed scheme includes modern, energy-efficient homes, featuring solar PV installations and carefully considered living spaces tailored to residents’ needs.
