Project Update | 5 Apartments, Kettering

Project Update | 5 Apartments, Kettering

The finishing stages are underway at our Kettering site, where Colonial are delivering a 5-apartment development in partnership with @mindkettering and HY Design – creating thoughtfully designed homes to support vulnerable adults in achieving independent living.

As the completion date is fast approaching, over the last few weeks Colonial have been making the final touches including completing the plastering for all 5 apartments, carrying out all electrical and mechanical works and installing the solar panels.

Working within a tight site has presented its challenges, but through careful planning and close coordination across the team and wider stakeholders, Colonial has continued to deliver the project efficiently.
